Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: The order ships from our warehouses worldwide, depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks. Usually, orders within the US arrive within a week or so. 

Q: Where are you shipping your products from?

A: Most of our products are shipped from warehouses within the US. However, we do have warehouses within some countries in Europe. This is important to us because we want to make shipping easy and fast. Unfortunately, we are not always able to ship from the warehouse closest to our customers as it is dependent on availability and demand. 

Q: Can I order something without using PayPal?

A: Yes, absolutely! You don't have to pay through PayPal Express even though that is the first option shown to you in the order process. Simply continue filling in your information and you will be able to pay with credit card. 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If the package isn't already sent to you, canceling the order is possible. Simply go to the ¨Contact Us¨ page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Q: How long can i expect the Doghealthco Interactive Toy to last?

A: How long the toy last will depend upon how much your dog uses the toy and the behaviour of the dog. If the toy happen to break after minimal use, contact us with your receipt and picture of the toy, and we will send you a new one for free. At some point you'll have to buy a new one as with every other dog toy that is being chewed. 

Q: What do I do if I want to return the package?

A: If you receive the package and want to return it, please contact us with some details and we will come back to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
